Living Area

The living room gets lots of morning light and has a sectional couch with a sleeper sofa tucked away for extra guests. The covered balcony is just off the living room and looks out towards the ocean. You’ll be welcomed by an almost constant ocean breeze on the balcony. And you can hear the roar of the ocean as well.

Stretch out in the King-Sized bed after a long day at the beach or just snuggle up and read a book to get away from it all. There is a dresser and a closet for storage. There is a flat Panel WIFI smart TV for your App enjoyment.

The bathroom has a tub shower combo with a separate vanity area with a double sink so you can both get ready at once. There is also a washer/dryer for your use.

Swimming Pool

The community pool is a good size and has lounge chairs for your comfort while watching the kids swim or just soaking up the sun. There is also BBQ grills and picnic tables for grilling out the fresh catch of the day or good ole hot dogs and hamburgers.

Parking

There is ONE assigned parking space numbered for your Condo. No Boats or Trailers are permitted at Seamist Condos.
